Does Century Square sell shopping vouchers and can they be used at all shops in the mall?Yes, Century Square has vouchers in denominations of $2, $5 and $10 for sale. The vouchers can be used at the majority of our shops. Please check our store listings for more information.

Do you have any halal restaurants at Century Square?Yes, our halal F&B outlets are Qiji, Food Culture, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Old Chang Kee and Prima Deli.

Where is the male toilet at Level 2?Our level 2 is devoted to our ladies shoppers and hence, our male toilets are located at the other levels.

Where is Century Square Management Office located?We are located just behind Popeyes restaurant at Level 5, #05-27 just past the toilets and service lifts.

What are the mall operating hours?Our mall is opened from 10am to 10pm every day, except first 2 days of Chinese New Year.

Is there a bill-payment kiosk like AXS or SAM at Century Square?Yes, we have AXS machine next to our Customer Service Counter at Level 2 and at Basement 1 in front of the passenger lifts. Our SAM machine can be located at Level 1 facing OCBC Bank.

Does Century Square have a wireless zone for internet use?Yes, you can logon to Wireless@SG accessible throughout the mall.

What happened to the shuttle bus to Changi Business Park?We regret to inform our shoppers that this service will terminate starting May 2011. The last day of service is 29 April 2011.

Are wheel-chairs provided for the elderly or disabled and are there rental fees?Yes, we have wheelchair for loan free of charge at our Customer Service Counter at Level 2. However, we need to collect either a identification card, driver’s licence or passport as proof of return.
