TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. EVENT

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:

Spend $80 to participate in Christmas Workshops
From 7 Dec to 22 Dec 2024

• Maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions (minimum $10 per transaction) from participating stores.
• Present your FRx app and receipts to verify transaction details scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase at the following locations of the respective malls:
  
  - Causeway Point at Level 1, Main Atrium
  - Century Square at Level 5 Rooftop
  - Tampines 1 at Level 2 Area in front of Don Don Donki
   
• Limited to the first 15 redemptions per workshop session.
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Limited to 1 participating child and 1 supervising adult or 1 participating adult per workshop slot.
• Please arrive at the workshop location 5 mins before the commencement of workshop.
• Children below 12 years old must at all times be accompanied by their parents during the workshop.
• FRx Members can book a slot by scanning the QR code provided by the staff at the event area. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.
• FRx members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.
• Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
• A confirmation booking email or confirmation screen on the event booking page is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
• By attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Causeway Point, Century Square and Tampines 1 are not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property that may occur during the workshop.
• In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Causeway Point, Century Square and Tampines 1 will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. All other terms and conditions apply.

D. OTHERS 

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
