TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, while slots last. ​
  • Participants must be between 2 to 7 years of age as at the race day, 10 September 2023.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A maximum of one (1) entry per child is allowed.
  • Parent of participant’s details must consist of valid email and mobile number tied to their FRx account.
  • Each FRx member is allowed to register up to 5 children.
  • Only authentic and genuine Strider™ bikes may be used for the Event.
  • Helmets, Elbow Pads, Knee Pads are compulsory!
  • Images are for illustration purposes only.
  • The Management of Century Square and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way, from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.​
  • In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management Century Square and their appointed Event Organiser will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. ​
  • Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management of Century Square and/or any third parties authorised by Century Square for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of century Square and/or its authorised third parties.​

A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Retail developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperence.com.

B. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Community Day (9 Sep 2023): Spend $20 at FRx participating stores to redeem a Community Day slot.

Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account.

  • Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction.
  • Maximum registration of 5 children per FRx Member.  
  • Present your FRx QR Code in the FRx App to verify transaction details scanned to the same account during the registration period at Customer Service at Level 3 to redeem. 
  • Limited slots per session during event day.
  • Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • Transactions are not eligible for multiple redemptions.
  • Last redemption at 9.30pm. Receipts after 9.30pm may qualify for redemption on the following day (10am – 9.30pm).

Strider Dash (10 Sep 2023): Spend $60 at FRx participating stores to redeem a Strider Race Day slot.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their FRx QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines,  pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind. 

5. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.

6. The Management of Century Square reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

C. OTHERS
