A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments: 

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete, and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.  

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments. 

4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

B. REDEMPTION

THE GREAT CENTURY SQUARE SHOPPING CHALLENGE 29 APR – 26 MAY 2024 Every $30 spent at FRx participating stores in Century Square. Scan your FRx member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.	Receive a lucky draw chance among the 40 lucky shoppers to participate in The Great Century Square Shopaholic Challenge and stand a chance to win up to $600 worth of prizes. Bonus: 2X chances when you spend $30 at Tampines 1 on the same day!	Minimum spend of $30 at participating malls in a single transaction to earn 1 lucky draw chance. Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if you spend $40 at Century Square, you receive 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store in Century Square, you receive another 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $90 in 2 transactions at Century Square, you will only receive 2 lucky draw chances. Bonus lucky draw chances are tabulated at the end of the day. If you spend $30 at Tampines 1, you do not receive any lucky draw chance. However, you spend $90 at Century Square after, you will receive 6 lucky draw chances (3 lucky draw + 3 bonus lucky draw chances) in total. Limited to 3 lucky draw and 3 bonus chances per member per day.  A winner will be drawn on 27 May 2024 and the winners will be contacted on 29 May 2024 via email. Personal data including photographs will be collected for marketing purposes. If one does not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and photos for marketing purposes, the prize will be forfeited.

 

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

 4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind. 

5. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Century Square’s Customer Service, Level 3.

6. The Management of Century Squarereserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
 

C. LUCKY DRAW

1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

2. FRx members earn 1 electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the FRx member QR code is scanned at FRx participating stores.

3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if you spend $40 at a store, you receive 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another 1 lucky draw chance. If you spend $90 in 2 transactions, you will only receive 2 lucky draw chances.

4. The lucky draw will be conducted on 27 May 2024.

5. The winner will be notified by phone or email on 29 May 2024 to participate in the event for 1 or 2 Jun 2024.

6. Winners of The Great Century Square Shopping Challenge will be assigned event slots at random. Slot exchanges are not permitted.
