1. Do I need to be a FRx member to participate in The Great Croissant Hunt?

• Yes, you need to be a FRx member to pre-register and participate in The Golden Croissant Hunt. If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE, and you can register when you book a session at http://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24.
• Alternatively, approach our event crew to help you sign up for a FRx Membership or download the FRx app on ‘Apple Store’ or ‘Google Play Store’ and sign up via the app.

2. How to join The Great Croissant Hunt?

• You can sign up for The Great Croissant Hunt at http://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24 anytime from 1 Nov, 5pm to 9 Nov, 6pm.
• On 9 Nov, complete 3 tasks in the "Season of Surprises" game on the FRx app between 10am to 6pm - you can do the 3 tasks in any order. Once completed, you can proceeed to The Centrepoint, Main Atrium to check-in between 5pm to 6.15pm to secure your spot.
• The event is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all age groups. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Each booking may include only one adult. FRx members are allowed to make booking for themselves and their children under the age of 18.

3. I use a wheelchair and will be coming with my caregiver. Can they join me in the event?

• Absolutely! We'd be happy to have your caregiver participate with you. They're welcome to register for the event too, as they'll be accompanying you throughout the event.

4. If I am at the mall on 9 Nov, can I walk in to join The Great Croissant Hunt?

• Yes, you may walk in and register on-site via http://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24. However, we encourage you to pre-register via the same link to secure a slot.

5. I would like to make a booking for my family, and I am unable to add more than 1 adult to my booking. Why is that so?

• Please note that bookings can only be made by an individual FRx member and for his/her children below the age of 18. All other adults who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking.

6. Can I play in The Great Croissant Hunt as a team?

• The Great Croissant Hunt is an individual game. While you can hunt with companions, this is designed as an individual game where each person plays independently and is eligible for one prize.

7. Do I need to book a slot for myself if my children are the ones who are participating in the hunt?

• No, you do not need to book a slot for yourself. If your child is between the ages of 12 to 17 years old, you may register on behalf of your child using your FRx membership.
• Children between the ages of 2 to 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. When booking, please ensure bookings are made for both the child and accompanying adult.
• Individuals who are 18 years old and above are considered adults and are required to have their own FRx membership and booking.

8. I did not receive a booking confirmation/cannot find my confirmation booking; can I still participate in the event or show up for my session?

• Please note that a confirmation booking is required for entry. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk email folder for the email or contact: promo@frasersproperty.com for us to provide you with the booking confirmation details again.
• Please note that if the booking cannot be retrieved, you may be denied entry to the event.

9. Can I make amendments/cancel my booking?

• All bookings made are final, non-amendable, and non-transferable. You may, however, cancel your booking via the confirmation email sent to you and book a new session at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24, subject to availability.

1. I have registered successfully. What do I need to prepare for the session?

• Get ready for the hunt by updating your FRx app to the latest version from ‘Apple Store’ or ‘Google Play Store’ before 9 Nov.
• On 9 Nov, come with your fully charged mobile phone to complete 3 tasks in the "Season of Surprises" game between 10am to 6pm - feel free to do these tasks in any order you like.
• After completing your tasks, join us at The Centrepoint Main Atrium between 5pm to 6.15pm to check in with your booking confirmation email.

2. What time should I arrive at the event to sign up?

• We're excited to see you at The Centrepoint on 9 Nov! As registration is compulsory, make sure to register for the hunt first at http://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24. On 9 Nov, join us between 5pm to 6.15pm for check-in to secure your spot. Please note we won't be able to accept any check-ins after 6.15pm.

3. Will there be a place to safekeep my personal belongings during the event?

• There will not be any storage area to keep your belongings during the hunt.
• All participants will be responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

ABOUT THE "SEASON OF SURPRISES" GAME

1. How do I play the ‘Season of Surprises’ game?

• From 14 November to 25 December 2024 (42 Days), tap on any of the ‘Season of Surprises’ banners located throughout the FRx app to enter the game.
• There are 3 different ways to play the ‘Season of Surprises’ game. Each player is entitled to 3 unique game plays per day, each once a day.

Shop (refreshes at 12mn daily)
Spend a minimum of $50 in a single in-mall transaction at any participating FRx store in-mall to play.

Spot (refreshes at 12mn daily)
Search for the featured Item of the day, spot the QR code at our malls, then scan to win.

Solve (refreshes at 8am daily)
Visit the Facebook or Instagram pages of the malls of Frasers Property Singapore or check the FRx Members' Exclusives eDM to answer the daily question correctly to play.

2. I have played and completed 1 of the game play. Am I still allowed to play the same way for a second round?

• No, each way of game play is limited to 1 play per member per day. You may play again the next day. 

3. What do I stand to win when I play the game?

• Play 'Season of Surprises’ game daily to win your share of more than $250,000 in sure-win prizes including FRx Gift Cards, FRx Points, retailer vouchers and more.

• The Item of the Day and its corresponding QR code will be located at the participating malls. Scan the correct Item’s QR code at our malls to win.

2. How many times can I play Spot?

• You may play up to once per day.

3. I can’t scan the Spot an Item QR Code.

• To scan the Item’s QR code, launch "Spot" on "Season of Surprises" game on the FRx app. If you’re using cellular data or Wi-Fi, please ensure you are connected to a stable network. Otherwise, restarting your device could also help.

Solve

1. How do I play the game on Social?

• Tap on any of the "Season of Surprises" banners located throughout the app. Select “Solve” and submit your answer to play.
• Look out for daily clues from 8am on our Facebook and Instagram Pages, or FRx Members' Exclusives eDM.

2. I can’t seem to locate or submit the answers past midnight, why is that?  

• Gameplay is refreshed at 12mn daily and clues will be posted on Social pages at 8am daily. Submission of your answers will be available daily from 8am to 11.59pm.

3. I missed one day of "Solve". Will this impact my game play?

No, this will not impact your game play for that day. You can continue to answer the daily question on "Solve" for a chance to win great prizes.

“BE CROWNED AN FRx MILLIONAIRE" DRAW

1. I play “Season of Surprises” daily. How do I qualify for “Be Crowned an FRx Millionaire” Draw?

• Participants who win “Be Crowned an FRx Millionaire” draw chances via the 3 gameplays (Spend, Spot and Solve) will automatically qualify for “Be Crowned an FRx Millionaire” draw. There is no limit to the number of draw chances each participant can win.

2. How do I know if I received a “Be Crowned an FRx Millionaire” draw chance prize?

• Please check your notification history tab. If you have won a draw chance prize, you’ll receive an in-app notification from us. You may also find them under the ‘My Prizes’ tab in the "Season of Surprises" game.

1. I have won a prize, how do I view what I have won?

• Once you have played the game, a sure-win prize will automatically be issued into your FRx eWallet.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. EVENT

1. The Great Croissant Hunt [‘Event’] is open to all Frasers Experience members and their immediate family and is held on 9 November 2024 at The Centrepoint.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1 From 1 Nov, 5pm, FRx Members can sign up for The Great Croissant Hunt at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/Hunt24.

2.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

2.3 Booking of an event via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event and spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.4 Registration is free. On 9 Nov, all participants are required to complete 3 tasks in the 'Season of Surprises' game on the FRx app between 10am to 6pm. Once completed, check in at The Centrepoint Main Atrium between 5pm to 6.15pm to secure the game spot.

2.5 This event is open to shoppers and their children above the age of 2 years old.

2.6 Shoppers can only register for themselves and their children with a maximum of 1 adult and 1 children in a single booking.

2.7 This event is wheelchair-accessible.

2.9 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.

2.10 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented and validated prior to entry to the event.

2.11 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.

2.12 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.

3. EVENT DETAILS

3.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to the event start time to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

3.2 The booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter the slot will be released and deemed as no-show.

3.3 The event will require about 30 minutes. This consists of a 20-minute hunt time for The Golden Croissant, followed by 10 minutes finale game and prize presentation.

3.4 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

3.5 The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event.

4. OTHERS

4.1 All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

1. ‘Season of Surprises’ ("Game") is organised and promoted by Frasers Property Singapore and the Game Period is from 14 November 2024 (08:00am) to 25 December 2024 (23:59pm).

2. Prizes are worth more than $250,000 in total, with instant prizes consisting of FRx Gift Cards, Grab Vouchers, Lucky Draw chances and retailer eDeals.

3. To qualify for the Game: Participants must be a FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions. Participants must access the Game via the FRx app with their member account login.

4. The participant can play via any of these 3 methods once each day during the Game Period.

5. FRx members that win lucky draw chances prizes earn the number of electronic lucky draw chance as stated in the prize for “Be Crowned an FRx Millionaire” draw within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when members win lucky draw chances prizes

6. The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 2 January 2025.

7. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Facebook (@FrasersPropertyRetail), Instagram (@FrasersPropertyRetail) and website (https://www.frasersexperience.com).

8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

13. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

• who has, in the opinion of FPRM, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Game; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Game which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Game and/or FPRM.

14. Frasers Property Singapore legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.

15. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Singapore will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.

16. Frasers Property Singapore assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.

19. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Game. By participating in this Game, participants consent to and grant Frasers Property Singapore the right to use the Game submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.

20. Frasers Property Singapore decision on the Game results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

21. Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Game subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
