The idea behind Shi Tang’s “casual canteen” dining concept is to create a menu of local home-style comfort food we can enjoy every day. Hearty “Tze Char” stir-fries, specialty dishes, fresh fish from our very own local Sea Farm, along with house-made pickles, sauces and desserts, these are just some of our favourite things. Owing to Singapore’s rich heritage and location at the crossroads of the world, our comfort food showcases the beautiful flavours of many cultures (Chinese, Nyonya, Malay, Indian, Eurasian etc). We encourage our chefs to experiment boldly, to delight and surprise our customers each time they dine with us.
