Hou Kee’s ardent culinary tradition began in 1961 Hong Kong, when our founder started his humble stall in Tsim Tsa Tsui . Using only the freshest free-range chicken, we slow braise each chicken meticulously in a time-tested concoction of fragrant soya sauce and hand-picked exotic herbs. The marriage of these premium ingredients cumulates in our signature soya sauce chicken that has attracted scores of hungry diners from all around.
